In this 1st of 3 Yoga Essentials DVDs, we’ll focus on some key yoga principles, including the yoga mindset, basic deep breathing and correcting postural misalignment. You will also learn 18 fundamental poses through easy-to-follow instructional segments, which include modifications and common incorrect tendencies.
All the poses are then brought together in a 20 minute guided routine that will help you release tension, bring calm to your mind and give you an overall feeling of well-being. The routine is easy enough to practice everyday as a warm-up, cool-down or simple tension-reliever.
